What You’ll Do:

As a Regional Vice President, you will:
🔹Provide strategic leadership to Regional Portfolio Leaders, ensuring top-tier property management practices.
🔹 Hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a culture of excellence.
🔹 Monitor property performance, occupancy rates, and marketing activities to drive optimal results.
🔹 Oversee budget preparation and financial performance, ensuring properties operate at or above budgeted Net Operating Income.
🔹 Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Standards, REAC inspections, and company policies.
🔹 Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners while implementing property management best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of supervisory experience in apartment property management, with at least 2 years of on-site management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, and property management software.
Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation or candidate status preferred.
Ability to travel as needed.
