POSITION SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Preside over Texas operations Sets goals, monitors work, and evaluates results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization Attract, retain, and motivate staff Supervise assigned staff and ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all staff Provides leadership on internal issues as they arise Work alongside community leaders, executive directors, major donors/funders, government officials, and senior staff/board members Ensure highly productive relationships and partnerships for the benefit of the organization Oversee revenue generation and identify ways to maximize revenue Prepares budgets and analyze financial reports in coordination with Zone staff and accounting staff Develop business plans and identify and lead new business opportunities Participate in and nurture broad networks of alliances with others to exchange knowledge and information about learning and change in support of change initiatives Promote WestCares image, services, mission, and vision Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation Other relevant duties as assigned
