The **Regional Vice President of Sales** for the Radiology division will be responsible for the long-term, strategic goals and direction of the Business Development, Account Development and Territory Director teams. This role provides strategic territory-level leadership and development of sales initiatives focused on the expansion of existing business and successful achievement of contract renewal goals. Additionally, it will focus on the expansion of the Radiology mobile footprint and successful execution of Joint Venture and Managed Services Agreements.
**Specific duties include, but are not limited to:**
+ Defines strategy, direction and priorities for the Business and Account Development team to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful achievement of renewal sales, revenue goals and New Annualized Sales.
+ Develop innovative strategy for expansion of solutions and services to Radiology customers within zone to enhance value proposition offered by the company. Adjusts strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions to sustain and improve the company’s competitive position. Recommends changes in philosophy and policy, and advises on potential pricing and market considerations affecting sales.
+ Partners with Finance and Operations Leadership on the negotiation and delivery of services pertaining to new and renewal business in zone. Proactively identifies obstacles to achieving goals collaboratively to identify solutions.
+ Cultivates a high-performing team for the purpose of achieving company goals, meeting changing business demands and delivering consistent results in challenging environments.
+ Gain alignment of cross-functional teams who are involved in assessing market opportunity, prospecting/customer contacts, lead generation, presentations, and selling the company's services.
+ Works closely with Director of Marketing to align strategies and optimize business potential within various geographic territories.
**Position Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred.
+ 10 - 12 years of related progressive experience in sales required.
+ Minimum 7 years proven successful outside sales experience required.
+ Minimum 5 years leading a national sales organization required.
+ Leverages strong territory management and organizational skills to strategically manage geographic region and build upon past success.
+ Ability to develop multi-level relationships with national/regional Hospital Systems. Must have success selling to C-level executives, as well as existing C-level relationships at the hospital system-level.
+ Demonstrated track record of developing and closing large, complex and strategic deals with regional Hospital Systems.
+ High level presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that results in understanding and impact.
+ Leverages excellent negotiation & closing skills to provide solutions to customers and foster growth.
+ Exceptional track record of developing and implementing sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives.
+ Strong leadership and management skills and success in building and leading a results-driven team of sales professionals.
+ Possesses solid business acumen, strategic planning, problem solving and relationship building skills.
+ Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and with customers on a regular and routine basis.
+ Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with senior level, executive leadership and all partners throughout the company.
+ Highly effective time management skills and ability to multi-task efficiently.
+ Regularly and consistently displays the following traits and behaviors: Builds relationships, demonstrates accountability, is results-oriented, is innovative in approach, displays passion, seeks.

**Physical Requirements:**
