Responsibilities Creates and manages sales performance goals for the region. Monitors and directs the business development staffing strategy. Ensures that sales team has necessary training and resources to drive business from physicians, facilities and other referral sources. Creates and directs the region's enterprise growth strategy partnering with health care providers to ensure a continuum of care. Works closely with the operations team to ensure successful execution of the region's operational & growth strategy. Functions as a member of the executive management team for the region ensuring that company compliance, performance and HR guidelines are maintained in the region. Monitors and evaluates employee performance. Holds employees accountable for the attainment of defined goals and objectives. Executes effective performance redirection when needed. Develops employees through coaching, mentoring, and formal/on the job training and development opportunities. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in business, health profession, or related field; or Licensed Registered Nurse. Five (5+) years' healthcare sales management experience. Eight (8+) years' healthcare sales experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Home Health and/or Hospice experience. Please note: This role will travel 50% or more within the assigned territory.
