Role Proposal:

This is a significant and high profile initiative, and as such we are looking for a Senior Technologist with experience in WIFI Switching Routing technology, designing and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Responsabilities:

As our LAM WIFI Lead Manager you will (activities):Build direct relationships with trading desks, technology teams and leadership, delivering the goals of WIFI stability and resilience across HSBC's infrastructureExcellent analytical, design and development skills. Able to lead a team in an agile environment within an Agile frameworkManage programme strategy and programme approach across a range of projects or activities, generating stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changesAssist business stakeholders with the decomposition of technical requirements, and challenges.Delivering, Governing and Reporting to stakeholders including the Product Owner in the business, Head of a Service Line or Product within TechnologyDrive the use of Agile methodologies within Technology teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) in line with the relevant transformation frameworks across the bankEnsuring Technology programmes align with HSBC strategies and contribute to achieving strategic objectives
Managing the development and promotion of the Technology portfolio and project management practicesManaging the reporting of progress, issues, dependencies and risks to committees and making recommendations to influence decision making to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization
