**Job Description:**
At EnerBank, the Marketing Division Manager is responsible for developing national corporate marketing plans, advertising, and sales/business development initiatives related to meeting company’s annual and long-term initiatives to drive revenue and sales. This position oversees advertisement, marketing campaigns, client communications, sales promotions, direct mail, social media, press releases, and online presence. This role impacts revenue, develops new markets, retains existing customer base, and expands relationships by working with internal and external customers.
EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Develops and provides strategic direction and planning including annual marketing strategies to set marketing goals and objectives
+ Oversees the delivery of the value proposition and go to market strategy to contribute to the growth of the company
+ Takes responsibility for planning, organizing, training, staffing, and managing all marketing functions to achieve the company’s objectives
+ Develops and manages marketing budget
+ Oversees risk and compliance of material produced by marketing
+ Creates and manages EnerBank’s national brand and brand standards
+ Ensures company projects a consistent marketing message that is in line with the company's needs
+ Develops vertical market strategies to capture increased market share
+ Achieves business line goals and initiatives with a focus on revenue generation and product development
+ Oversees the campaign management for email, direct mail, digital, and other mediums
+ Takes responsibility for public relations efforts including industry articles, press releases, and advertorials
+ Manages development of all marketing communication and client-facing material
+ Manages product development, rollout, and promotions as well as market research
+ Develops trade show strategies
+ Leads generation initiatives
+ Manages third-party resource investigations and integrations
+ Develops Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) to win national sales programs including marketing and launch strategies
+ Initiates and supervises special projects
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and eight (8) years of experience in marketing
+ Or Associate's degree in Marketing or related field and ten (10) years of experience in marketing
+ Or High School Diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of experience in marketing
+ Management experience
**Preferences**
+ Graduate degree in related field

**Compensation Details**
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

**Incentive Pay Plans:**
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
