Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions. Implement individualized treatment plans and conduct data collection accurately. Collaborate with families and clinical staff to optimize treatment effectiveness. Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters growth. Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training sessions.

Qualifications:

Certification: Must hold current RBT certification. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in psychology or education preferred. Skills: Strong communication, patience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
