Primarily responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans within the treatment plan developed by the supervisor.

Is able to identify key anatomical and physiological changes and can identify psychosocial needs. Communicates using age-appropriate vocabulary and speaks to patients with appropriate proximity. Is able to identify techniques for enhancing communication and is able to address learning needs. Develops and maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis through interaction with other ABA based professionals as well as ongoing professional development opportunities within WellSpan Philhaven and maintains certification by meeting training and supervision standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.Required for All Jobs:
