Are you ready to make an IMPACT from day one? Nestled just outside the Great Smoky Mountains, around 30 miles North of Knoxville, in a small, quaint, beautiful town, called Andersonville, sits Norris Academy, a residential treatment facility that offers comprehensive, holistic services to youth with autism spectrum disorders, and/or other neurodevelopmental diagnosis.

Compensation Range: $21 and up. Negotiable, with experience/education.

What you will do: The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work directly with clients to implement behavior analytic services and collect and maintain appropriate behavior data under the close supervision of the BCBA and/or BCaBA. RBT's provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services that help children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) improve independent functioning skills. RBTs are responsible for providing life-changing care by working one-on-one with clients and families to help them achieve new skills and milestones.

To be considered you should:

Be at least 21 years of age High School diploma or equivalent required At least 2 years prior experience working with children with intellectual or developmental disabilities Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical Experience with functional behavior assessments and writing behavior support plans

Schedule/hours/shifts: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
