Hourly Pay: + $20 - $26/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience) + $15/hr for training, onboarding, and drive time between clients About the Role: As a Behavior Technician (BT)/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children thrive by providing personalized behavior support in homes and community settings. Are You the Right Fit for a Career as a BT/RBT? We’re looking for candidates who have: + A passion for excellence and a commitment to making a positive impact on those we serve. + Experience with children or individuals with disabilities (e.g., Nanny, Day Care Worker, Teacher, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional/TSS, Direct Support Professional), or relevant educational background in psychology, education/special education, sociology, social work, or a related field. + Proof of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and must be at least 18 years old. + A valid driver’s license with proof of car insurance, a good driving record, and your own reliable vehicle (ride-sharing or public transportation are not permitted). + Availability to work during evenings and after-school hours (client sessions are typically after school, Monday to Friday, and last 2-6 hours). + A willingness to start on a part-time basis as we grow your caseload. + Ability to use technology for documentation and administrative tasks. Core Responsibilities: + Make a Difference: Bring joy and enthusiasm to children’s learning experiences by being fun, playful, nurturing, and compassionate. + Apply ABA Techniques: Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to support children in home and community settings. + Collect Data: Accurately document data based on treatment plans in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. + Guide Families: Assist families and caregivers in implementing new skills to support their child’s development. + Represent ATS’s Values: Be a steward of our mission, vision, and values, ensuring that everything we do aligns with our purpose to support and empower those we serve.
