The Registered Client Service Associate works under general supervision, using specialized knowledge and skills obtained through experience and/or formal training to provide pro-active support to financial advisors. Established procedures and prescribed guidelines are provided to perform a variety of tasks requiring minimal evaluation, originality, or ingenuity in making routine decisions. Contributes to the increased generation of commission and fee revenue by maintaining and enhancing client relationships while assisting Financial Advisors with efficient, quality client service. Maintains extensive contact with internal and external customers to identify, research, and resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support
·Work with clients, RJ (Raymond James) , and third-party custodians to ensure optimal client account maintenance and support.
·Manage the production and processing of all client account documentation.
·Manage a client review process to ensure ongoing client meetings and continued implementation of client investment strategies.
·Formalize and manage a client onboarding process.
·Monitor branch daily alerts and acts as needed.
Competencies Required:
·A general understanding of all RJ (Raymond James) systems.
·Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint or SharePoint).
·Excellent organizational and time management skills.
·Excellent customer service skills.
·Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
·Ability to multi-task effectively and leverage internal resources.
·Excellent attention to detail.
·Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups.
·Independent, self-motivated with an ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment.
·Ability to navigate client relationships and product usage.
·Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
·5 years of financial services industry experience, or an equivalent amount of experience, education, and training required.
Formal Education & Certification:
·SIE / Series 7 required.
·Associate’s degree preferred.
·Series 63, 65 and/or 66 preferred.
·Ability to obtain additional securities and advisory sate registrations if mandated by the state.
Work Status:
·Full-Time.
Supervisory Responsibility:
·None.
Travel:
·0% - Negligible amount of travel expected.
Working Conditions:
