The Registered Dietician is responsible for assessment, review & documentation for resident’s nutritional status. Assists in menu development. Preceptor for students. Assists in Policy & Procedure updates and development. Responsible for completion of MDS, CAA and Care Plans for residents as designated. Attends Stand-Up, Wound Round and TCU Rounds. Audits care plans and kitchen cleanliness. Attends Care Conferences for those residents at Nutritional Risks.
