Midwest Medical Center is seeking a full time house supervisor to work within our hospital location. We are seeking a registered nurse that is licensed (or has the ability to become licensed) in the state of Illinois. The hours of this position will be primarily 10pm-8am, 30-40 hours per week. This position does include an every other weekend rotation. The house supervisor is responsible for the nursing departments in the absence of nursing administration. The house supervisor directs and supervises all functions/activities of unit personnel, performs various personnel duties for staff, provides direct patient care as necessary, and conducts patient rounds and evaluates patient progress and nursing services rendered. Two years of hospital nursing experience is required and previous supervisory experience is preferred.
