Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to individuals across various age groups and health conditions. Conduct thorough assessments and document patient histories accurately. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN, PHN preferred. Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice. Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience. Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair. Good driving record. Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
