Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care to diverse age groups and medical conditions. Conduct comprehensive assessments and accurately document patient histories. Create and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor, document, and report vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and effective patient care. Educate patients and their families on health management, prevention, and treatment options. Maintain meticulous and current patient records and documentation. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN, PHN preferred. Valid Registered Nurse license in the practicing state(s). At least one year of experience in an acute care setting or equivalent. Licensed driver with a well-maintained vehicle and good driving record, insured as per state or agency requirements. Current CPR certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
