Responsible for establishing, ensuring and supervising the office staff as well as procedures to maintain quality services and efficient operations.

Responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help with our patients. The primary responsibility would be desk duties, assisting the providers with managing calls and in-baskets.  You would be assisting with procedures, rooming patients. Occasionally, nurse visits for wound care or post-op checks once training is complete.  

Principal Accountabilities: 

1. Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports. 
2. Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions. 
3. Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments. 
4. Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions. 
5. Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members. 
6. Records patient vital signs and medical information. 7. Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs. 8. Provides assistance and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants 9. Performs other related duties as assigned. 10. IN basket management for clinicians 11.Triage patient concerns 12. Call patients back 13. Discuss pre op medications with patients 14. Call patients post op day 1 or discharge home day 1
