Find a unique and rewarding next step in your nursing career by joining the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at the St. Cloud Hospital. As a CICU RN, you will be at the forefront of providing specialized care to patients with critical cardiac conditions. This role allows you to develop and utilize advanced skills in cardiac nursing. Working in the CICU, you will play a critical role in saving lives and improving patient outcomes. The ability to make a significant impact on the recovery and well-being of cardiac patients can be highly fulfilling.

Schedule

Part-time| 48-60 hours every two weeks | Onsite Day/Night rotation | 8 and 12-hour shifts | 7am -3:30pm, 11pm-7:30am, 7am-7:30pm and 7pm -7:30am  Every other weekend | Predetermined holiday rotation  

Pay and Benefits

Pay rate minimum: $36.83 (ADN); $37.75 (BSN); $38.69 (MSN), pay determined by experience Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts  Up to $8,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates! Qualifications

Graduate from a nursing program required, BSN or MSN preferred BSN or higher required within three (3) years of being hired Current Minnesota RN license required Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider care required National Certification in Nursing Specialty preferred Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Previous nursing experience preferred, new graduates to apply through the Graduate Nurse Residency Program

You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it with 120 days of employment.
