Summary

This role offers the opportunity to primarily work in Med/Surg, with the possibility of other areas if needed.  The RN delivers patient care within the hospital setting under the supervision of a Physician or Advanced Practice Provider (APP). Supports direct care staff and facilitates efficient patient flow. Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients, maintaining emergency equipment and other resources necessary for providing safe, high-quality care.

Schedule

Casual picking up shifts as needed | Onsite 12-hour shifts - weekdays, weekends and holidays

Pay 

Pay based on experience starting at $40.33 per hour Pay range: $40.33 - $60.50 per hour

Qualifications

Associate or higher RN degree in Nursing from accredited school of nursing required. RN experience preferred but not required.  New Graduates welcome to apply! RN License from the State of Minnesota required. BLS required within 6 months of hire. ACLS required within 1 year of hire. TNCC/CALS required within 1 year of hire or first opportunity when trained to charge. 

 

Department

The CentraCare Benson Hospital is a 21-bed critical access hospital with an attached rural health clinic.  A $5.3 million clinic and hospital addition/renovation projects were completed in the fall of 2013.  Our group of family physicians, nurse practitioners and visiting specialists work together to provide a wide range of medical services for Benson and the surrounding area.
