Our patients have a variety of life experiences and a vast range of medical diagnoses. We help them fight for their lives and make them comfortable when they can fight no more. We’re there for them: to listen, then serve, guide, and heal. We often help them through the hardest days of their lives- and sometimes the last day of their life.

Schedule

Full-time | 72-80 hours every two weeks | Onsite Rotating day/evening shift | 8 &12-hour shifts | 7am-3:30pm,7am-7:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm Every other weekend (Fri-Sun) | rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits:

Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $40.33 per hour Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour Master’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour Pay range: $40.33 - $60.50 per hour Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts  $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates! benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!

Qualifications

Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required BSN required within three years Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required

The patients offer enough medical complexity to promote ever-increasing critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills; while being coherent enough to still interact meaningfully with staff.” -  RN
