Registered Nurse | Northway Family Clinic

Find your purpose as a Registered Nurse at the CentraCare Northway Clinic in St Cloud, MN. The RN in the clinic setting makes independent and dependent decisions under the direction of a provider.  You will collaborate with other health care team members when the need for assistance is identified, maintain quality relationships with other departments and staff, participate in education, and support and implement patient safety and other safety practices.   Duties will include triage and rooming patients. 

CentraCare Northway Clinic provides primary care services in a high-quality, cost-effective and caring manner to patients of all ages. This clinic features Integrated Behavioral Health Services which gives patients the opportunity to access these services in a family practice setting.  

In this position you will: 

Coordinate and deliver care to patients. This role will focus on chronic disease management (CDM) Utilize critical thinking model of the nursing process. Communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers. Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.

 Schedule: 

Full-time 76 hours every two weeks Daytime shifts from 7a.m.-5p.m. 4 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday  No evenings, weekends, or holidays

Pay and Benefits: 

Starting pay is $33.15 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience. Pay range $33.15-$49.72 Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! CentraCare employee discounts to be used at local restaurants, attractions, and theaters.

Qualifications:

Minimum of an Associate Degree of an accredited school of nursing required. Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Possesses the ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and clinic staff. Strong organization skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain customer service standards.
