We seek a skilled and enthusiastic RN to join our dynamic team.

Qualification :

Must Holds active RN License from State of NY6+ Months of experience working as RN is MandatoryExperience working with elderly population Preferred

Shift: Day - 7:30am-3:30pm

Compensation: $65 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Coordination: Plan, direct, coordinate, delegate, and evaluate the activities of nursing personnel within your assigned area.Daily Rounds: Conduct daily rounds to ensure the highest standards of care.Care Plan Management: Review and revise care plans to meet the evolving needs of our residents.Communication: Ensure continuity of care through effective written and verbal communication with supervisors and staff.Team Collaboration: Conduct daily conferences with unit staff to discuss patient care and policy updates.Visitor Interaction: Extend courtesy and support to all unit visitors.Resource Management: Coordinate with personnel to ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available.Consultation & Problem-Solving: Provide consultation for unit personnel, resolve immediate issues, and communicate actions to the Unit Supervisor.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and reports.Additional Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as delegated by the Supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.Licensure: NYS licensure as an RN.Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in long-term care.Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills.Rehabilitation Experience: Experience in rehabilitation is a plus.Supervisory Experience: Experience supervising support staff.Elderly Care: Experience working with the elderly population.
