Position Details

The registered nurse plays a pivotal role in our community-based Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) supporting Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other members of the team on the implementation of a recovery-oriented person-centered treatment and support plan. Perform physical health medical monitoring, assessment, etc. Support implementation of intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, and natural support residences.
