Summary:
The RMC Medical RN is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient ranging from neonate to geriatric. This practice utilizes the nursing process and is based on established standards of nursing. Additionally, the RN is responsible for appropriate delegation of nursing care tasks, supervision of assigned personnel, promotion of interdepartmental teamwork and adherence to guest relations principles educating caregivers.

Graduate of an approved school of nursing, BSN preferred.License or Certification Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Lifting equipment - carry 25'-150' waist high (IV bags, patient trays). Carry charts 25'-150' waist high. Filled laundry bags are filled half full so as not to weigh over 35 lbs. Carry fire extinguishers up or down 3-4 flights of stairs and several yards in an emergency.
