REGISTERED NURSE Job Details Job Location Walton Family Health Center and Center for Counseling - Bronx, NY Position Type Full Time Education Level 2 Year Degree Salary Range $83,850.00 - $93,850.00 Salary/year Travel Percentage Negligible Job Shift Day Job Category Health Care Description Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides and coordinates the care of patients/families and significant others in the ambulatory care setting by assessing, diagnosing, planning and intervening in actual or potential health problems, including evaluation of the patient's response to the care.
