Earn $40/hr. depending on the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.

 

Nurses working in our community group homes will provide oversight of medical care for 4-6 individuals per home during their shift. Nurse will travel between homes as needed.  Nurses will work with the direct care staff in ensuring physician orders, medications and treatments are carried out as well as general health monitoring.    Individuals are generally dependent on staff for many daily care activities, we work to increase their independence and exposure to the community.

 

The Registered Nurse - RN will be responsible for coordinating physicians and clinics at our program center as directed by HSS/ AHSS. This is a professional position which involves providing direct nursing care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities and maintain their medical records to comply with current nursing practice and state regulation. This position reports to the Health Services Supervisor and/or Assistant Health Services Supervisor. This position requires traveling throughout group homes.
