Job Requirements:

U.S. CitizenshipDegree: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (NLNAC or CCNE).Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license.BLS Certification: Must be current and from the American Heart Association.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and facilitate the achievement of optimal clinical outcomes.Ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and guidelines within the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).Perform physical exams, provide health counseling, and administer medications and other personalized interventions.Recognize adverse signs and symptoms, react swiftly in emergencies, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Conduct patient referrals and arrange for specialty care, as well as participate in clinical research to support improved practice and outcomes.
