**This is a full time position, starting at 30 hours per week and may require floating to other nearby locations and working alternating weekends**

**You will:**
+ Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
+ Administer vaccine injections
+ Assess patients during intake
+ Take vital signs
+ Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening
+ Perform Point of care testing (including COVID testing)
+ Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
+ Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience
+ Help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities
**Required Qualifications**
+ Experience with documentation of care, medication administration, infection control precautions, assessing patient educational needs, physical assessment, obtaining vital signs, performing point of care testing and care coordination.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training.
+ Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room.
+ Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system such as Epic.
**Licensure/Certifications**
+ Full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
**Education**
+ Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, or Registered Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$24.64 - $53.53
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
