Position Requirements:

Minimum Education:       

Registered nurse with a valid Indiana State RN license

Minimum Experience:     

Strong OR & PACU experience required Basic Computer knowledge and skills.

 Certifications Required:   

Healthcare Provider CPR certification. ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
