Earn $45.02/hour + mileage reimbursement

Position Details 

The Registered Nurse will assist psychiatrists in all clinically related administrative responsibilities and in the development and maintenance of procedures. Acts as a liaison with staff/programs of Merakey and external support providers. Assures necessary flow of medical and psychiatric information from psychiatrists to other medical providers, residential support programs, and other support services. Provide medication education to clients administer injections to consumers and medication management. 

 

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, mental health professionals, substance abuse experts, employment specialists, housing specialists, and peer specialists, to provide comprehensive therapy, medication management, and resource linkage to adults with serious mental illness (SMI).

Deliver services in clients' homes or community settings, ensuring at least three home visits per week to support client needs effectively.

Utilize personal vehicles for client transportation and community-based work, facilitating access to necessary services and resources.

Coordinate with various team members to offer holistic care, addressing mental health, substance abuse, and socio-economic factors impacting client well-being.

Foster strong relationships with clients through consistent, empathetic interactions, and support their engagement in therapeutic activities and treatment plans.
