Summary

POSITION SUMMARY: Provides advance nursing assessment, care and documentation of patient status during their stay in the Cath Lab, inclusive of but not limited to the administration of medications, providing patient comfort, support, awareness and education. Perform these responsibilities pre-procedurally, while procedure is in progress, and post-procedurally. Works under the direct supervision and direction of the Nurse Manager.

*This is a PRN position that will be scheduled based on the needs of the dept.*

REQUIREMENTS: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree; 1-3 years of Cath Lab experience required; Maryland Registered Nurse License; American Heart Association BLS Certification and ACLS
