Responsibilities:

Assist with preoperative preparations, including verifying patient information, creating a surgical plan, and ensuring proper documentation. Provide direct patient care during surgical procedures, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure proper sterile techniques are followed and maintain a sterile environment in the operating room. Assist with postoperative care, including monitoring patients' recovery, providing pain management, and ensuring a smooth transition to the recovery room or post-anesthesia care unit. Document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance surgical nursing skills.
