Job Summary

\n

As a Clinic Charge Registered Nurse, you'll use your expertise and nursing model to streamline patient care. Your role involves extended involvement to support our mission and goals. Your nursing processes help assess patients and address health concerns. You create and monitor care plans, tracking patient progress. Your role includes understanding patient needs and helping them navigate healthcare smoothly.

What You'll Do

\n\nConduct detailed clinical assessments following standard procedures, focusing on patient and family needs, then creating, executing, and assessing care plans.\nSystematically examining and improving nursing practices, and earnestly participating in quality improvement initiatives.\nCreating a secure and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff.\nIncorporating the unique differences of patients and their families into planned care with respect to diversity.\nAdvocating for patients, creating tailored plans that accurately reflect their values and goals.\nEncouraging learning among patients, their families, and the healthcare team.\nTeaming up with colleagues and community members to execute a comprehensive care plan.\nUtilizing resources effectively in the planning and delivery of patient care, demonstrating organizational skills.\nUpholding professionalism by improving nursing practice and the work environment, and participating in shared governance and decision-making processes.\n\n

What Will Make You Successful In The Role

\n\nFamiliarity with standard nursing practices and patient care procedures.\nUnderstanding of relevant laws and regulations as well as hospital policies and protocols.\nExceptional communication skills for clear expression of thoughts, both in speech and writing.\nProficient critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nCapacity to monitor and report on changes in patients' medical conditions.\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, electronic health records, and email use.\n\n

Qualifications

\n\nGraduate of accredited program. Nursing must be the principal discipline studied.\nMust have a minimum of (2) two years of experience in a relevant field.\nRegistered Nurse.\nMust have Basic Life Support certification or obtain it within 30 days of hire or transfer.\n
