Assumes lead clinical responsibilities within practice.  This includes delegation of clinical duties to Medical Assistants and Practice Nurses to ensure optimal patient flow during clinic hours and timely response to patient telephone calls.  Lead RN will also provide day to day nursing responsibilities within practice.
