We are looking for a solution focused self-starter who is passionate about their work as an ED Nurse and excited to make an impact at multiple locations and various patient communities through continuous improvement and a natural desire to go above and beyond for patients, patients’ loved ones, and their peers. You will need to be adaptable and flexible in an unpredictable environment.
Part Time Days
This position will float to all 4 KC Metro locations (Saint Luke's Hospital, Saint Luke's East, Saint Luke's North, Saint Luke's South)
The Work:
Utilize the nursing process.
Perform patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Demonstrate proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.
ACLS, PALS and TNCC required but can be obtained after hire.
