The RN supports the practice manager and physician(s) in fulfilling the mission and strategy within Mercy Physician Network. The RN assists in training and educating staff and assures practice compliance with policies, procedures and state regulations. The RN will assist the practice manager and physician in maintaining patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of highest quality care, and assists with meeting patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
Education and Training: BSN; 1-3 years nursing experienceExperience working in electronic medical recordsCertification and Licensure: Current Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of PennsylvaniaSkills: Ability to adapt to fluctuating situationsOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
