As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to manage and coordinate the interdisciplinary care of patients of all ages, adult and geriatric. The RN provides individualized care to the patient, family and caregivers and is competent and knowledgeable to provide care to the patient population served. You will:
Evaluating and initiating appropriate care plans based on established standards,Providing patient and family education to support recovery and engagement in the care process,Regularly assessing and documenting patient progress and responses to interventions,Coordinating care activities with other members of the healthcare team,Ensuring accurate and efficient execution of physicians' orders,Timely communication of adverse or sudden changes in patient condition,Recognizing and reporting adverse drug reactions,Effectively managing patient pain and utilizing blood products as necessary,Safely and effectively utilizing patient care equipment,Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries,Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.
What you bring to the role:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Current RN Washington State license. Current Basic Life Support certificationOral and written fluency in the English language
