Our DaVita Acute program is looking for RNs to work in the Greater Grand Rapids area caring for dialysis patients. Our Acute Nurses will troubleshoot and make sound decisions for our patients related to their dialysis treatment and will occasionally partner alongside the hospital staff to coordinate care. Your impact on the lives of our patients and their families will be felt every day.

St. Mary's Hospital - 200 Jefferson Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI
Metro Health - 5900 Byron Center Ave, Wyoming, MI
Mary Free Bed - 235 Wealthy St SE, Grand Rapids,

Schedule: 

4 days - 10-to-12-hour shift minimumsMonday - Saturday rotationOn-Call 1 to 2 days a week, including SundaySchedules vary by hospital system. For this role expect to know your weekly schedule in advance, but your daily schedule may change depending on patient needs.

What does a successful RN look like:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice;Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degreeYou might also have experience in the following that can be helpful but not requiredIntensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experienceThis position also requires successful completion of the pre-employment color blind test, accommodation may be provided
