Position Details:

Full-Time: 36 hours per week, 12-hour shiftsShifts: Nights, 7 PM to 7 AMShift DifferentialStudent Loan Contribution: Up to $20,000Sign-On Bonus

Capacity: 29 bedsPatient-to-Nurse Ratio: 4:1Focus: Critical care step-down from ICU, including cardiac, neuro, and high-acuity patientsIdeal For: RNs looking to specialize in ICU or Trauma care

Employment Requirements:

Successful completion of drug screeningBackground check

Education & Certification:

Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required; BSN preferredLicensure: Current Registered Nurse license in the State of IndianaCertifications: BLS required; ACLS within 12 months of hire
