Role Overview:

As a Registered Nurse with Sycamore Court, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and professional care to our residents You will provide essential nursing support, administer medications, monitor health conditions, and ensure each resident receives person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and review care plans tailored to individual resident needs.

• Administer medications and provide accurate, timely documentation.

• Monitor and manage residents’ health conditions, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.

• Work collaboratively with care staff to create a positive, supportive environment.

• Communicate with families, doctors, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.

• Proven experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting is desirable.

• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
