Join our Main Campus Recovery Room/PACU! _Primary Patient Population:_ + Pediatric through Adult + Immediate post-operative period _Primary skills utilized/learned:_ + Maintain patient airway + Assess hemodynamic stability and support + Monitor sedation, neurological, neuromuscular, and sensory motor status + Provision of adequate pain and comfort measures + Assess Wound/incision integrity + Overall patient assessment _Personnel RN will work with_ _:_ + OR/ ED/Inpatient RNs, Pre/Post Phase 2 staff, Anesthesia staff, Surgeons, PT, Radiology, Pharmacy _Number of OR Suites/Cases:_ + 26 beds (Bay platform) + 40-50 surgical cases daily MetroHealth offers industry-leading benefits, including tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, professional certification incentives, and medical/dental insurance. Required Qualifications: + Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation). + Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio + Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
