**Department:** Post Anesthesia Care Unit **Shift:** Days **Daily Work Times:** 5:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. **Scheduled Hours per Pay:** 80 **Position Summary:** Responsible for assessing physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient within assigned unit area and planning nursing care to meet those needs. Responsible to see that nursing care plans are carried out through performance and/or leadership of subordinate personnel. **Essential Functions and Responsibilities:** 1.Adheres to standards of nursing practice of McLaren Regional Medical Center, which consists of systematic approach to nursing practice by using nursing process: 2.Reviews patients assessment and verifies no changes in health history since PAT 3.Assists physician when needed. _Required:_ 2 years of related formal education/training beyond high school required. Licensed and registration to practice nursing in State of Michigan .
