The Opportunity:
As a Hospice Nurse at Saint Luke’s Hospice House, you will provide end of life care and symptoms management to patients straight from the ICU outside their home. Many of these patients require aggressive symptom management and may be on drips, LVADs, ventilator/bipap, or have trachs. You will provide patient education to patients and patients’ loved ones, provide medication administration. You will work with a multidisciplinary team in the care management plan and use a team approach to provide exceptional patient care.
