Registered Nurse - Program Management

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking a Registered Nurse with expertise in program management to deliver care to SEL employees and their families at our on-site health clinics.

As a Registered Nurse - Program Management, a typical day might include the following:  

Participate in the development and implementation of strategic objectives with administrative and clinic leadership.Develop and implement health promotion programs across the companyProvide high quality patient careProvide mentorship to other nurses through teaching and support.Contribute to positive nursing culture and corporate citizenship.

You possess a Bachelor's Degree in NursingYou are licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in good standing in Washington and IdahoYou have the national provider BLS certificationYou have an understanding of health care directives and best practicesYou are familiar with typical health care policies and procedures

Pay Range Data

We anticipate filling this position as a Registered Nurse III, $73,000-$135,600. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
