Job Description:The RN Program Manager working with MSHO is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of department-wide policies and procedures related to the MSHO Program. Provide quality assurance, develop goals and objectives and facilitate further development of the program. Assist with annual audits. Coordinate with Population Health leaders, MSHO Care Coordinators, and MSHO health plans to improve outcomes for the program. In conjunction with MSHO leaders, contributes to staff education on MSHO program and policies.

Education Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

Required Qualifications:

3 years of nursing healthcare experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Nursing degree
