Kindred Hospital Bay Area-St. Petersburg and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) is 95-bed hospital offering the same in-depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period. With 82 long term acute care beds, we partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness. Comparably, our 13 bed ARU is designed for people who have experienced the debilitating effects of an acute injury, impairment or illness. Located south of downtown St. Petersburg where 4thStreet turns into 6thStreet, between 30thand 32ndAvenues, we have stunning, unobstructed waterfront views of the bay with easy access to public transit.We are offering a sign on bonus of up to $15,000.Come and join us

As a Registered Nurse / RNwithin our Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) Management you will\:

Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process.
