What Will You Do?
Serve as the case manager, coordinating and providing nursing care with clinical oversight. In addition, you will supervise the work of CNA’s, HHA’s, etc.Deliver compassionate care to residents across all levels of care within our CCRCs.Foster a community where residents thrive.

Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)Experience in Home Services (private duty) is preferredCurrent or eligible for certification in CPRReliable transportationProof of automobile liability insurance and valid state driver’s license if transporting a resident
