The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Great Neck is immediately hiring Registered Nurses Excellent opportunity for New Grads to gain clinical experience! Up to $2,500.00 Sign-on Bonus! Pay Range: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Full-time Day Shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift Monday to Friday, Rotating Weekends, Weekends as needed Great Neck, NY Registered Nurse RN Duties: + Uses nursing judgement and knowledge of gerontological nursing to set priorities and make decisions. + Meets nursing operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements. + Implements physician orders accurately and in a timely manner. + Performs standard nursing treatments and observes resident for desired and unwanted effects. + Asseses & implement Residents’ care plans when conditions warrant a change as necessary. + Completes care plans and other documents as assigned. + Complies with the confidentiality of all resident information as per HIPAA and corporate guidelines. + Supervises, directs and/or provides resident care when assigned. + Establishes personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons as a representative of the facility. + Provides support to patients, friends, and families. + Provides information to patients and health care team by answering questions and requests. + Resolves patient needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies. + Maintains documentation of patient care services by auditing patient and department records. RN Requirements/Qualifications: + Must have an active / unrestricted NYS Registered Nurse License + Should have excellent clinical assessment skills + Ability to make good independent decisions + Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) + Long-Term Care Experience Preferred but not required + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills RN Benefits Include: Competitive Compensation Sign-on and Referral Bonuses!
