Bear Mountain Staffing Solutions is an in-house Staffing Agency that works directly with our Bear Mountain Facilities. We offer per diem hours.

We offer:

Qualifications:

· Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in Massachusetts

· Must be fully vaccinated to work in a Massachusetts long-term care facility

· Must have excellent work ethics

· Must work two weekends a month

· Good attendance

· Reliable transportation

· Nursing home experience a plus

Pay and schedule:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of:

$44/hr (RN) with a differential for night work

Differential:

$4/hr differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, M-Th $4/hr for 1st shift, Friday - Sunday $8/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts Friday-Sunday
