This nursing position is eligible for a $7,500 sign on bonus! 

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $37.95 - 40.25 / hour.

Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nights

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU transitional care unit residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines for beautiful and vibrant skilled nursing care center in Lake City ,MN.

 

Nursing schedule includes

Lake City Care Center is owned by the Mayo Clinic Health System with the daily operations managed by Ebenezer.  At any given time, as many as 90 people call the care center their home.  The care center is in Lake City MN and connected to a Mayo clinic and hospital, so residents don't have to leave the building for a clinic appointment or emergency care if needed.

Responsibilities/Job Description Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of careAdministers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesProvides data relevant to the development of the plan of careRN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessaryProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Qualifications

Required:

Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered NurseCurrent MN RN licenseAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersBLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice0-1 years of experience
