Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active Assisted Living (Jones- Harrison) building in Minneapolis, MN!

 

Nursing schedule includes;

Full-time; 80 hours in two weeksDay shiftsWeekends as needed Generous and Full Benefits Package; https://www.ebenezercares.org/employee-benefits (paid time off, matching retirement, wellness reimbursement program, medical, dental, college tuition reimbursement/direct pay assistance funds)RN student loan repayment, up to $10,000

Responsibilities/Job Description Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care PlanCoordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesRN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as neededProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Qualifications

Required:

Current MN RN license or by start date

BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently

enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be

obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent

practice

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:
